Includes an explanation block at the top + all columns. Fill it in and send back — on re-import the notes are skipped automatically.

Your file must contain a header row with column names, followed by one row per item. Columns may be in any order — the tool matches them automatically by name. If the file starts with a notes block (like in our template), it is skipped automatically.

All available fields:

★ = hard requirement (row is skipped otherwise). Critical = configurator cannot calculate / filter correctly without this field. Important = limited behaviour when missing (fallback applies). Info = display-only. Sales price falls back to cost × 3 → xx.95 when the field is empty (test items).

Which fields are required? Critical configurator cannot calculate / filter correctly without this field Important drives logic; on missing, a fallback applies (limited behaviour) Info display-only in the specs aside Legacy superseded; only read for old data

Zoho CRM mapping — every field has an API name in the Products module of Zoho CRM (see column on the right). These names are used during sync.
